Quicken Loans National - One-and-Done

The Quicken Loans National heads to TPC Potomac at Avenel Farm for the first time. With this being a new venue, it's a fantasy nightmare.

I'm pulling the lever on a guy who has actually won here, albeit on the Web.com Tour. That would be David Lingmerth. His form is also solid enough to buy into.

Fingers crossed and breath held!

Travelers Championship - One-and-Done

Facts are facts, and I'm in a one-and-done slump. Know that going into this week's Travelers Championship. As a result, I've tried just pick a name that fits and move on. I narrowed my two choices to Marc Leishman and Bubba Watson.

While Watson is the course history play, Leishman has much better form and touts very nice course history. I'm taking Leishman and fully expecting to jinx him.

Best of luck to all!

U.S. Open - One-and-Done

Apologies for the late post. For the U.S. Open One-and-Done, I'm taking the defending champ (Dustin Johnson).

While it's dangerous to take a defending champion, we did just see Daniel Berger successfully defend a week ago. A case could also be made that DJ's head will be with his newborn son, but it's not really the head we're after with DJ. It's his immense talent.

In truth, Erin Hills is an excellent layout for DJ.

FedEx St. Jude Classic - One-and-Done

The FedEx St. Jude Classic kicks off in about 12 hours, and it's time to close the book on this week's One-and-Done selection.

In a field that's relatively weak, I tend to be a fan of grabbing an elite player and hoping the cream rises to the top. That's the play this week, as I'll be burning Brooks Koepka. He's placed T3-T2 on his last two visits to TPC Southwind, so course history is a plus as well.

At the moment I'm a little bit snake bit in this particular game. Perhaps this is the week it turns around.

Cheers!
